Branden joined the firm in 2013 after serving as a felony trial prosecutor in Volusia County, Florida. Branden's primary focus is representing clients in criminal, education, and professional license litigation matters. Branden handles disciplinary matters involving school personnel and licensed professionals throughout all of Florida.

Kelly L. Vicari
EXPERIENCE
Kelly joined the firm in 2026 and is Board Certified in City, County, and Local Government Law. She previously practiced for more than 12 years in the areas of civil litigation and workers’ compensation at the Pinellas County Attorney’s Office, representing Pinellas County and its Constitutional Officers including the Sheriff, Supervisor of Elections, and Property Appraiser. Prior to that, Kelly served as a felony trial prosecutor in Volusia County, Florida.
Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and trial experience to her representation of clients in education and professional license litigation matters, workers’ compensation matters, and personal injury matters.
